Went in for an oil change/service. During the vehicle check it was found that my cabin air filter needed to be changed. Before changing it, the service rep showed me the old filter and asked if I wanted him to replace it. Told me the approximate cost before replacing so I could decide if I wanted to spend the extra money at that time. Very honest and respectful.

As always it is a pleasure to come get my oil changed and see the helpful staff at Dwayne Blackmon Chevy. Ms. Dianne is the best receptionist and most loving person she’s the main reason I keep coming back cause we talk and catch up on life each time. Then all three of the service guys are great guys to talk to and will treat you right. When they aren’t too busy there’s been times we have talked nearly an hour about school, life, or OleMiss football or baseball. This dealership is a great place to get your service done and sells reliable vehicles. Get your service done while enjoying the company of other customers while enjoying a great bag of popcorn and a great cup of coffee. Also if you come on Monday or Friday expect to wait cause those are the busy busy days.

I contacted Luke Pearson to schedule a repair on my Tahoe for Wednesday, August 20th. When I arrived at Blackmon's service center, Tucker Watts greeted me and documented the repair issue. My vehicle was taken to the service bay shortly after arrival. Tucker notified me of the repair issue and the replacement cost. I was out of the service area within thirty minutes of arrival. Now, that is excellent customer service.

There is one thing that I believe would enhance the service experience greatly. Make appointments available. A pervious dealer that I used scheduled all service , they pull ups but service appointments took priority over walk ins. Made the service experience much more time friendly.

I was having mechanical issues with my 2015 Tahoe on Thursday, December 11th. I contacted Luke Pearson on Friday morning, and he instructed me to bring my vehicle to the service center on Monday, December 15th @ 10:00 am for the repair. I arrived on Monday at Blackmon's service center as instructed. Luke checked in my Tahoe and placed it in the servicing bay. The repair was completed within an hour. Always great customer service at Blackmon service department.
