Went in for an oil change/service. During the vehicle check it was found that my cabin air filter needed to be changed. Before changing it, the service rep showed me the old filter and asked if I wanted him to replace it. Told me the approximate cost before replacing so I could decide if I wanted to spend the extra money at that time. Very honest and respectful.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Lucas and team did a good job and informed me of the current status of my vehicle. I have used the Team at Blackman to take care of my vehicle from day one and with over 200,000 miles I have been well pleased with the service. I still display the Blackman Dealership tag on the front bumper!

Not the best! When trying to fix my car they delete my navigation and more stuff off my car…I had to make another trip to the dealership trying to get them to fix it once again! Getting unreal at this point! I have been more the patience!

Jerry and the entire Blackmon team were absolutely fabulous. I contacted a few dealers in the area, and they did not take me seriously. Jerry was "on point" when it came to finding me a car. My daughter totaled my 2019 Equinox Premier; therefore, I was in the market for my third one. I woke up on Saturday and thought, "What about a Trailblazer? I texted Jerry, and he said to come on over. I always buy black. I bought red! Never say never. I digress. Everyone in the showroom were so nice, friendly, and professional. What I loved most is that they all worked as a team. I just want to say thank you, Chevrolet. My daughter walked away from the accident with bruises. Thank you Jerry and Blackmon Chevrolet for ensuring I will continue to buy a Chevrolet from them.

As always it is a pleasure to come get my oil changed and see the helpful staff at Dwayne Blackmon Chevy. Ms. Dianne is the best receptionist and most loving person she’s the main reason I keep coming back cause we talk and catch up on life each time. Then all three of the service guys are great guys to talk to and will treat you right. When they aren’t too busy there’s been times we have talked nearly an hour about school, life, or OleMiss football or baseball. This dealership is a great place to get your service done and sells reliable vehicles. Get your service done while enjoying the company of other customers while enjoying a great bag of popcorn and a great cup of coffee. Also if you come on Monday or Friday expect to wait cause those are the busy busy days.

Always a joy to see Luke and Rusty at the service center. I requested routine maintenance on my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. The service team shuttled me to and from a scheduled medical appointment while routine maintenance was being completed. The team contacted me via text to keep me updated on the maintenance status and any service repairs or part replacement required. Great service team and customer service at Blackmon Chevrolet.

I contacted Luke Pearson to schedule a repair on my Tahoe for Wednesday, August 20th. When I arrived at Blackmon's service center, Tucker Watts greeted me and documented the repair issue. My vehicle was taken to the service bay shortly after arrival. Tucker notified me of the repair issue and the replacement cost. I was out of the service area within thirty minutes of arrival. Now, that is excellent customer service.

There is one thing that I believe would enhance the service experience greatly. Make appointments available. A pervious dealer that I used scheduled all service , they pull ups but service appointments took priority over walk ins. Made the service experience much more time friendly.

I was there for over 2 hours. I want a full service experience but 2 hours is a bit much. The bill was some 30% more than my last visit. I’ve used Blackmon for over 10 years and look forward to some familiar faces. The time I was there and the bill amount are issues for me.

I was having mechanical issues with my 2015 Tahoe on Thursday, December 11th. I contacted Luke Pearson on Friday morning, and he instructed me to bring my vehicle to the service center on Monday, December 15th @ 10:00 am for the repair. I arrived on Monday at Blackmon's service center as instructed. Luke checked in my Tahoe and placed it in the servicing bay. The repair was completed within an hour. Always great customer service at Blackmon service department.

I wish you had a scheduled time for customers to get their oil changed instead of first come. I drove a hour to wait two hours to get an oil change.

Since I live an hour I called to make sure the tire pressure sensor had been ordered as promised by parts department…It wasn’t, so I spoke to the manager. He ordered the part and notified me when it would be in.. I am not happy with the parts department right now..they did not do what they said they would do..

I was told I could have a tire sensor changed at the sometime I have my oil changed..because I live an hour away . The dealership didn’t have the sensor so now I will have to come back .
